You are unlikely to spend the kind of money you spend on wedding pictures many times (if at all) in your life, so selecting the right wedding photographer is very important. As you hire the Wedding Photographer and not the pictures, it is very important that you come and meet us, to check we are human. Chemistry is vitally important to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable, just as much as technical perfection, and so a visit to our studio for a no obligation chat is a must. Plus you will be amazed at how much wedding knowledge we have from the many many years of experience we have of shooting weddings, so if nothing else, it's a good opportunity to pick our brains.

Wedding Coverage

The first decision that you need to make is when you would like the photographic coverage of your day to begin and to end. It doesn't matter whether your wedding is held at a church, hotel, registry office, or whether the wedding is traditional, contemporary or a same sex civil partnership, one of our two comprehensive coverage options will cover it for you. Also, we separate coverage from the final wedding album (should you want one) so that you are free to choose what album or presentation option you would like once you have seen the images. This means you pay less prior to the wedding, as you don't pay for the album beforehand, you choose after the wedding helping with that all important cash flow!

 

Our Short Story starts prior to the wedding ceremony (church, hotel, registry office, doesn't matter), and concludes when you sit down to eat at your wedding reception. Our Extended Story starts with the bride or groom in the morning to capture the preparations, and again concludes when you sit down to eat. With either coverage plan, you have the option to add photography of your First Dance together in the evening.

Wedding Albums

Of course you can choose the wedding album or print package you would like to tell your wedding story before the wedding if you have a clear idea of what you would like. However, you are welcome to wait until you have seen your wedding collection before making your choice from the following options. There are a multitude of album choices and the process can be a little daunting, and it is unlikely that the albums you like now will be the ones you will like a year or two from now when you come to order it, but as a guide to our recommended album choices, follow the link for an overview.

What happens after the wedding...?

After the wedding, your images go through a 'post production' process, which usually takes up to three weeks after the wedding to coincide with your return from honeymoon. Once finished, we send you a disk with your wedding images presented at low resolution, which is suitable for viewing on a PC/Mac. You can use the presentation to fully view your images, and make selections for your album, should you wish to order one at a later date. We also, create an online viewing area for you, covered by a password, which you can use to show your pictures to friends and family. Prints can be ordered directly online, so there is know need to collate orders and collect money from friends and family as they can make purchases directly with us online.
