Bookings are made on a first come first served basis, unfortunately we can’t and wont be able to “pencil you in”. The date is only secured when we have received your on-line booking form and deposit.
Payments can be made either cash in person (please make an appointment to visit our studio), internet bank transfer (our preferred option) or credit card via PayPal (you don’t have to have a PayPal account) if you want to pay by credit/debit card, please note we won’t take your credit card details over the phone or at the studio and that we no longer accept cheques.
Once we have both the form and deposit in cleared funds, we will send you written confirmation via email of your booking… and that is it, you’re booked!
You should take time to read our Terms upon which your booking is accepted. We will contact you a few weeks prior to the wedding to discuss the final arrangements for the big day, but you are more than welcome to email us at any time if you have any questions or information you want to give us. The final balance will become due 14 days prior to the wedding, we will invoice you nearer the time.
