Little Sister Photography in the Studio

One of the nice things about my job in the studio working with babies is that families quite often grow.  By that I mean, that when a couple has one baby they quite often have another one a few years down the line.  So after a year of getting to know them through the Joey Club, I get to stay in touch as they bring their new arrival back to start the process all over again.  I think my longest running regular client has been coming to me at least once a year for the last 9 years and it is always a thrill to see the changes in the kids as they grow up.

This little girl was a new visitor to the studio but her big sister was no stranger having gone through Joey Club some four years ago and it was lovely to catch up with everyone as well as meeting this very charming and stunning blue eyed new visitor.  She was a dream in the studio and, even though her big sister was feeling a bit poorly with whatever bug seems to be perpetually doing the rounds at the moment, we managed also to some lovely family shots as well.   I very much look forward to their two next visits over the Joey Club year!

About the Author:

I am a professional Creative ~ Photographer, Videographer, Cinematographer and Drone Pilot My professional photographic career started at the tender age of 13 when I won my first commission to photograph an art collection by a local artist. It paid £50 which was reasonable money for an ambition 13 year old in 1978. I have continued to take pictures ever since, and quite simply, I couldn’t be happier! I am professionally qualified with the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) and the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers (SWPP), and also the Masters Photographer Association (MPA), although I have recently decided to give up my membership of the MPA in favour of the other two associations.
